There is no extra cost.

With the Essential Plan, users can create projects with only 2 SKUs, and each project carries a watermark. Upgrading to the Commercial Plan allows users to create up to 10 SKU projects during their account’s active period, with watermarks removed from each virtual try-on experience. Additionally, the Commercial Plan enables businesses to create more SKU projects compared to the Essential Plan. If you require even more SKUs, you can contact us at sales@kivisense.com to subscribe to our Enterprise Plan.

Each subscription allows for KVTO integration on one platform under our SaaS domain. For instance, if you subscribe through the Shopify App Store, you can only use the Commercial Plan benefits for integration on Shopify. Similarly, if you integrate through tryon.kivisense.com, you can only integrate with one e-commerce platform. Attempting to integrate on multiple platforms with one Commercial Plan subscription may result in limitations on KVTO usage on one of your platforms. By subscribing to our newsletter, you might receive occasional discount codes for use during the payment process. Additionally, sharing your feedback and helping us improve our tryon platform could make you eligible for these perks. Also, sharing your experience on social media could earn you benefits if your content boosts our product’s visibility.

There are no refunds for partial or unused months after your payment. Kivisense subscriptions and licenses automatically renew every billing period until you cancel. You may cancel your KVTO plan at any time by logging into your Kivisense account and going to the “Subscription” page. If you are cancelling during your free trial period, you will not be charged. Click on “Cancel Subscription” and you will continue to have access to the Kivisense platform until your trial expires at the end of the trial period. If you are cancelling while on a paid plan, you will have access to KVTO through the end of your billing period.

When you are ready to launch your commercial project, log into your Kivisense account and go to your Dashboard. If your project type is not already set to “Commercial,” make sure to change it to “Commercial” and then click the “Buy now” (or “Upgrade” button on shopify). Once you make a payment, you agree to our payment policy on your behalf.

Commercial users can opt to pay $99 every month, or $1088 every 12 months, saving $100, with a 30-day free trial. Commercial licenses are recurring and will automatically renew for the period you purchased until it is canceled or reaches the scheduled end date.

Payment is automatically charged after the free trial. Payments for KVTO subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods supported by Stripe.

Subscription prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar) unless stated otherwise.

Yes, the monthly commercial subscription is $99, and the yearly commercial subscription is $1088. Taxes are not included in these prices. Users may be subject to applicable taxes based on their location and local tax regulations. Taxes will be calculated and added to the subscription price during the checkout process.
